Winter Springs is a city in Seminole County, Fl.  The zip code is 32708.  The population is 33,282 according to the 2010 Census.  The 2013 Census Bureau estimates are that the city has a population of 33,871.

This is a popular bedroom community in close proximity to Orlando.  The downtown area is easily accessed by S.R 417 to S.R. 408.  It’s about a 20 minute drive.  One of the appeals of the area is that the resort area is about a 45 minute drive; close enough for convenience and far enough away to reduce the impact of the tourist on the area during tourist season.  Many Seminole County cities have received national recognition for being great places to live. Recently, Money Magazine ranked Winter Springs as the 97th best place to live in the United States. Of course, we think they got it wrong!  We think it should be ranked in the top ten.
