This home was a labor of love.  It started with an investment property that had been rented for many years – making money. Once the home was vacated, the seller had it remodeled and updated by Miguel Jaco of Home Expressions & Solutions.  The sale was a challenge; the buyer was a foreign investor and the agent for the buyer was from Miami.  He should be buying Scott a bottle of Champagne for all he did.  This agent was clearly disengaged.  Our business has been built on exceptional service.  It was incumbent on us to get it done for the buyer and seller and overcome all the obstacles.
