We met Joe over a year ago when we decided to check out a cute little house we liked. From the very beginning, he was kind, easygoing, and, most importantly, honest. He pointed out both the good and the not-so-good, which showed us that he truly cared about finding the right home for us—not just making a sale. We ended up pausing our home search for a while, but when we were ready to start again at the end of last year, we didn’t even think twice about reaching out to Joe. We had met other realtors along the way, but none gave us the same confidence and positive feeling that Joe did. He helped us tour several homes, always guiding us in the right direction with honesty and patience. When we finally found the one, Joe was on top of everything from day one. He kept us informed and supported at every step—no matter the day or time—and made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. As first-time homebuyers, we had so many questions, but Joe was always there with answers, advice, and reassurance. He helped us through negotiations, paperwork, and every little detail, and we could tell he was just as excited as we were when everything came together.
