This is the third home we have had the privilege of representing this family in the buying and/or selling process. The home needed a fresh look to maximize the value and fortunately for us, this is a family who listen and trust that we will execute. We had the home repainted selecting a color that is more in fashion today. The garage doors were also replaced.
In addition to repainting the exterior, we repainted the interior and freshened up the bathrooms. The seller had previously remodeled the kitchen.
As a result of the insightfulness of the sellers, we were able to command a price of $190,000. In the 1500 to 2000 sq. ft. range, this was the second highest sale in this community in the last ninety days.
We were happy for the sellers and wish them good fortune. I’m sure we will be assisting them in the future. We also hope the buyers enjoy their new home in Oviedo, Fl. I believe this small Florida city is one of the truly great places to live in Central Florida.
