“First off, I’m not a review writer. Secondly, I’m picky as hell. My spouse and I decided to relocate from AZ to FL. On the advice of a fellow employee at work; he told me to reach out to Joe as he has helped their family with several real estate transactions in recent years. Coming from out of state, I had no idea what was in store. Joe did not disappoint. He was extremely honest, patient, responsive, an educator, and worked tirelessly for us from the start to past the finish line. Having 3 hours difference between us, Joe was always available for questions and research as we looked for the perfect house in the areas that we wanted. We ran this man everywhere, every weekend as houses popped for months. As we could only make it to FL a few times, a lot of our walkthroughs were videoed, or we would use just the photos but with Joe’s eyes. Joe kept meticulous notes to answer our questions and help confirm or alleviate my pickiness. I couldn’t be happier to have used Joe’s services. Stop digging through reviews, and give The Lopez a call.”
