Joe Lopez was able to find a wonderful, newer home for this nice young couple from Jacksonville, relocating to Orlando. The house was in the Sawgrass section of Cypress Springs and the house was in excellent condition, move in ready. He was able to get them the house for way below asking price and got them closing cost paid by the seller as well.
