Joe was able to find this nice couple a completely redone pool home for a great price after negotiating the price down for his client’s. This house also had a built out garage which was perfect for their daughter to move into. The house had new windows, AC, roof, kitchen, floors and bathrooms, needless to say his clients were very grateful for the work he did.
