102 South Central was a collaborative effort by Will George and Hank Lopez to find a home that our investor could remodel and resell. Sounds easy but it is not in an accelerated market such as ours where buyers are paying top dollar. We’ll keep you posted on the progress. The remodel will include new bathrooms, new kitchen, new flooring, repainting, and much more!
